The University of Louisiana at Lafayette's annual Women's Conference, held each year since 2008, brings together students, faculty, staff, and community members to commemorate the theme of National Women's History Month. The goal of the conference is to provide an opportunity for personal and professional development that is inclusive of the needs of women, regardless of cultural background.

The 2017 Women's Conference theme is "Honoring Trailblazing Women in Labor & Business."
