  • Leadership & Lattes is led by Dima Ghawi, an award-winning women’s leadership keynote speaker, author, and global leadership educator. With more than three decades of experience in which she has empowered professionals around the world, Dima guides every session with engaging storytelling and actionable insights. Her work focuses on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and helping individuals rise with confidence and purpose.

  • While Leadership & Lattes is not a therapy-based women’s support group, our community is one in which women uplift other women, professionals support one another, and every member feels welcomed and inspired to advance in their own careers.
