I came from a part of the world where, from an early age, I was taught to be a follower—quiet, obedient, and unseen. Deeply constrained by Middle Eastern culture, community, and family expectations, I was molded into a version of myself that lacked identity. My path was predetermined, my worth decided by others, and my every action focused on preserving my family’s honor.

The weight of these suffocating external forces left me paralyzed with fear and searching for a sense of identity.

It took me years to recognize that I might have a choice—that I could hold more value than I was led to believe. Changing my circumstances would be dangerous and would require courage I had never known. But I was determined to embrace the unknown, stand alone if I had to, and begin finding a purpose in life, even in the face of life-threatening consequences.

Eventually, I shattered the limitations that had chained me to a life I no longer belonged to.

That moment marked the beginning of a new journey. Today, I draw from 18 years of global corporate experience and the resilience I developed through my personal story to create an empowering consulting company. As a motivational female speaker, I speak to future leaders, rebels, and visionaries—those ready to reach their full potential and contribute to a global movement for change.
